- THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH MATERIALS OF THIS KIND, AND THAT YOU ARE NOT
OFFENDED BY SUCH MATERIALS.
you hereby further affirm and warrant that you are
currently over the age of eighteen years and are capable of lawfully
entering into this agreement.
2. Some or all of the following fees and charges may be
incurred by the Subscriber:
a. Subscription Fees. Price are subject to change at any time and vary
depending on which billing option is taken.
b. Other fees and/or charges for goods and services ordered at, through
and/or from http://www.a-m-o.net and its licensees, either as
special subscription options, downloadable materials, or mail-order items.
3. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any
other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform http://www.a-m-o.net
of apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized
disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until http://www.a-m-o.net is notified, by conventional mail, electronic mail, or web site form, of a
breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized
use of http://www.a-m-o.net.
4. Subscription to http://www.a-m-o.net
may be
terminated at any time, and without cause, by either http://www.a-m-o.net or Subscriber upon notification of the other by email. Termination of
access is effective 31 days from the most recent bill date, if the
subscription is cancelled by the Subscriber; termination of access is
immediate if membership is revoked due to violation of this Agreement, or
if the payment for subscription is denied by the billing processor, or if
the initial payment is charged back.
5. http://www.a-m-o.net does not fully screen all
indirectly-linked websites accessible through link-lists on its Links
page. Subscribers are therefore advised to use their own judgment to
evaluate all third-party communications available indirectly through the
use of http://www.a-m-o.net Link page, prior to purchasing goods
and/or services, engaging in discussions, viewing content, or following
hyperlinks to other websites.
6. All materials included at http://www.a-m-o.net
are for the private use by Subscribers only. No other uses are intended by
http://www.a-m-o.net and any other use is strictly prohibited
without express and advance written permission from http://www.a-m-o.net
7. Subscriber agrees NOT to post any
defamatory,
deliberately inaccurate, abusive, threatening, offensive, or in any
communication to http://www.a-m-o.net in any format. Transmission
of such material or any material that violates any federal, state, or
local law of the republic of panama, switzerland, the united states or
anywhere else in the world, is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a
material breach of this Agreement entitling http://www.a-m-o.net to immediately terminate all rights to access to
http://www.a-m-o.net.
You agree that you have hereby been informed and noticed that any and all
messages and other communications which you submit to http://www.a-m-o.net
directly can be read by the operators and/or other agents of http://www.a-m-o.net,
whether or not they are the intended recipient(s).
Password abuse and exchanges will not be tolerated.
IP addresses will be logged and scrutinized.
If abuses or exchanges are detected membership cancellation may result
without notice.
The acquisition of this product is for private use only.
Publication, re-sale and distribution are strictly prohibited !!!

For each picture you publicate you have to pay 500 Euro penalty !!!
If you sign-up, download and then ask for a refund or via chargeback will
be listed in our "blacklist" for lifetime, which may include
publishing of name and other details pertaining to the individual.
